The main engine is the Shanghai Diesel SC8D143G2B1 (National II)/SC8DK (National III) engine, with a rated power of 105kW/1900rpm and ample torque reserve. Power does not diminish under heavy-duty conditions such as frozen soil and clay, and fuel consumption is superior to competing products in the same class.
The hydraulic transmission + power shift gearbox, combined with a two-stage spur gear final drive, provides high power transmission efficiency and smooth shifting. It supports continuously variable transmission (CVT), allowing for flexible speed adjustment according to load, improving operational efficiency.
A multi-stage filtered hydraulic system and a high-efficiency radiator ensure stable operation in high-temperature environments, reducing the failure rate.
2. Robust and Durable Structure with Long Service Life
The full-box main frame + high-strength structural components provide strong impact, bending, and torsional resistance. High-quality welds make it suitable for long-term heavy-duty operations; user feedback indicates “ten years without major repairs” and “a near-zero failure rate.”
The chassis employs a wet steering clutch and brake linkage design, with a track ground contact length of 2365mm and a ground contact pressure of 53.8kPa, providing good passability and stability, and adapting to soft or rugged terrain.
Electrical wiring harnesses are protected by corrugated conduit and divided by a junction box, offering a high level of protection; floating oil seals on idler wheels and support rollers prevent dust and oil leaks, extending the chassis’s lifespan.
