Powerful and energy-efficient: Equipped with a Mitsubishi Fuso 4M50 engine, it has a rated power of 118kW, featuring high torque, durability and faster dynamic response. Adopting EGR+DOC+DPF technology, it precisely controls the intake air flow and fuel injection volume, meeting the National IV emission standards and reducing fuel consumption and emissions. Meanwhile, by optimizing the control strategy, the machine’s usable speed range has been expanded, making it easier to operate in the economic fuel consumption zone.
High operational efficiency: By adopting Sany’s optimized positive flow hydraulic system, the displacement of the main pump, the plunger pump, has been increased from 112cc to 125cc, generally rising by 5-10%. At the same time, it is equipped with a newly upgraded 14D reducer, with a 12% increase in rotational capacity, stronger slope working ability, and a faster start-up speed for rotation. In addition, by adopting specially designed handles, optimizing the valve core structure and regeneration channels, and adding intelligent converging control and other measures, the pressure loss is reduced to the minimum range. The operation is easy and smooth, and the working efficiency is 5% higher than that of similar products.
